Special Needs Halloween Carnival

The first annual Special Needs Halloween Carnival hosted by the Foothills Rehab and Celebration Speech center was a fun afternoon out for all who attended. There were games and treats for the kids and Stormtroopers patrolling making sure all Halloween candy was safely accounted for.
